Made in Wisconsin from solid hardwood, with natural grain that makes every puzzle unique. Choose the board and piece woods separately for a combination all their own.
Approximately ½″-thick boards and pieces. No paint. No glue. Finished with food-safe oil. A matching hardwood display stand is always included.
What comes with my puzzle?
Your personalized board, the pieces for each selected row, and a matching hardwood stand.
How do numbers and shapes work?
Numbers fit two board sizes: 1–9 on a 15½″ board, or 0–9 with wider spacing on a 22½″ board. Numbers are not available on the 9″ board; adding a number row upgrades a short name to the 15½″ board. Shapes require a medium or large board. Millforge selects shapes to fill the board chosen for your longest name. Individual shapes cannot be selected.
How is the price calculated?
Choose one, two, or three rows. The longest name sets the pricing tier. Number rows require at least a 15½″ board and the 5-position pricing tier; longer names use their normal tier. All available wood combinations share the same price. Shipping is additional.
Will my puzzle look exactly like the preview?
The preview shows your layout and board proportions. Wood grain varies naturally, and the illustrated font and shape artwork are not production proofs.
